I was thinking more of Miss Balaton, Sajtban, Duffy, Swindon, Hajnal, Masodik galamb, Chlorophyll etc, all of which are just some examples of great tunes which are pretty fucked up but not pointlessly/lazily crass; there seems to be more of a point the crassness on his great songs. Some of his stuff is really dark and for a good reason; if there is some satirical element or reason for it though I'd like to know and I would stand corrected...
All very well, but Venetian Snare has created brilliant tunes without being so vulgar and those are ones I prefer; e.g. most stuff from Detrimentalist, Hospitality, Cavalcade, Rossz, My Downfall, Chrome Cylinder, etc. Some of the stuff on this and Pink and Green and Filth etc is a load of shit though, I'd rather hear his beautiful music than deprived shit all the time.
@Whitesummer3 I think Venetian Snares is bloody amazing, but just find maybe some of the sick stuff in his songs is from lack of imagination at the time.
