The reason there are laws against smoking is not because it bothers a couple people, its because IT KILLS PEOPLE. When you say that people shouldn't be making laws around smoking in public places you are saying that its OK that a couple people have a good time at the expense of everyone's health. You do not have a say in other people's health. You wanna smoke? THEN DON'T GO TO A BAR!
To the uploader: those laws aren't just made to protect those who know about smoking. Its also to protect the underage who's parents/siblings/caregivers etc smoke in the house/car/etc. Whats a nine year old suppose to say to a parent/teacher/etc when the house/classroom is filled with smoke? i stopped smoking 2 weeks ago... today i lite a cigarette (after watching ur vid i just couldnt take it anymore...looks so delicious)... but omg did it taste aweful...reminds me when i was 14 and picked up the habbit LOL
