This is exactly why I left the, "Not all fingers are thumbs, but all thumbs are fingers," analogy out of my final video, because it's fallacious to do so. It's unfair to child molesters as well. It's unfortunate that one must make so many qualifications against child molestation and child pornography in order to not lose the ear of the general public on pedophilia. It's like lumping CM's into the kind of "witch hunting" category pedophiles previously occupied in our own minds.
Laws turn us into things we wouldn't normally be turned into if not for these laws.

What you say is true as far as being proven beyond a doubt. However, I'm not arguing law but the semantics of the conviction itself.
I don't make light of sex, hence why I've not had any for quite some time. But again you speak truth.
