  • boring

  • the only thing that sucks about the jato is if that wind catches it under the car its a goner!

  • thats why they give you a cover

  • A word of advise when doing wheelies, If you want more wheelies that can do it on demand, Then have a properly tuned motor.

  • I agree with you

  • Shut up kid, you can have a fine tuned engine, but it counts on your gearing DUR !

  • i see ur name on almost every vidio with a bad comment and please dont replay because im not looking for a fight and i wasnt vs u just telling u

  • @TenaciousChoice How do you properly tune it cause i just bought a jato 3.3 and i cant get it to do weelies

  • @traxhax30

    AGREE LOL

  • what a bunch of bitches, pull that trigger

  • u guys cant drive for shit man get skill then do some tapeing lmao @ u

  • agreed. you can tell these guys just baught em with out any regard..I wonder if he even looked at the box when it said (level 5 driving skill). not level -1

  • @1994toyotasupra

    LOL

    AGREED

  • hey are they stock with a three speed

  • yea i think so i have a xxx-nt man its a bitch haveing only one speed(forward) but its built for racing

  • dude what tires where u using? im using the stock anaconda tires and it just spins out i cant get it to wheelie... even if i get going and get on it it will spin before it pulls the front wheels up

  • do a couple of high speed runs to warm up the tires, or something else that warms the tires up

  • looks prety fun!, i'm gonna buy a metanol staduim truck from 2000. and it will cost me about 500sek and 80$... nice vid!

  • is this jato 3.3 awsome or what how much gas does this bad ass use

  • nitro Google it

  • i got a jato 3.3 yesterday. it was 389.00

  • if ur sayin the jato is 600 ur wrong, lol, its down to 400 new for a real, nice one, then more for accessories must have is wheelie bar

  • ur runnin the carb way too rich thats why its so slow

  • i think they didnt red the user's manual

  • does anyone got one to sell less then 100 or can build one less then 100 for me ?

  • These things are close to $600 easily. Cheapest you can go is like 300 for completely different trucks or cars. Not to mention all the required accessories. It is a very expensive hobby

  • 100$ are u retarded

  • @slu313 I GOT ONE FOR 250.00

  • I have a modified Nitro Sport it flies.

  • Hey I am 1 Bandits older Brother and he got it for Christmas. Snowy Plovers are pretty fast though they are a bird. I have a Nitro myself GO NITRO.

  • Nitros do rock. Hoping to drive mine for the first time this season today maybe ill get a couple crash shots up. The rc10 is mine the jato isn't. I removed my previous comment to not be such a hater.

    Go Nitro!

  • @chiefsmokedawg no offence but electric will beat nitro im just sayin but nitros are still sick

  • Yea for real either you dont know how too drive or thats not the 3.3......

  • if thats a 3.3, You SEAROUSLLY need to tune it better.

  • sweet post. reminds me of the first time i took my jato out! enjoy it man, i am about 700 dollars into my jato and its everything i wished it would be. throw some pro-line moabs on it and tear it up offroad for your next video!

  • Hell yeah! I hope it dries up around here and gets warm soon! I am dyin to go racin!

  • @JatoRacr do i need to buy different wheels to run the moabs?thanx

  • Man, i don't know what to get when looking at these. I thought I would finally make the upgrade to nitro and I like to stick to Traxxas but the Revo and Jato are such nice cars. I'll work it out on my own but I'm sure some day you will see some vids up of whichever one i choose running too rich or too lean or at too higher idle. In that case, I think I'll count on youtube to direct me to a well ran motor!!

  • Awesome post. Go nitro and never look back brother! Nothing better than burning gas and turning 30,000 RPM's.

  • More like he needs to richen it out. That thing is being starved of fuel and you can tell by the way it sounds "fluttery" at idle and under power.

  • You need to lean that thing out a little

  • You wish. I don't have the jato I have the RC10 and since the camera is mine, I'm not in the videos. You may be able to smoke these guys, but I've got work for you.

  • whats with that guys REALLY HIGH idle?

  • I think it just sounds high. The car doesn't move or anything at idle. Plus, the Jato's were brand new in these videos, and the guys driving them were just learning how to tune them.

  • ooo, i remember those days, Nice vid though

  • Thanks!!! Check out the others on my channel! And I remember those days too. Lots of roasted traxxas motors. They love to run lean!!

  • nice dude

  • Thanks! Check the other RC vids on my channel!

  • yea i could pawn u in driveing that thing too

  • You wish. I don't have the jato I have the RC10 and since the camera is mine, I'm not in the videos. You may be able to smoke these guys, but I've got work for you.

  • ha ha funny story when my jato went over a drop and i busted the a arm then i glued it when i got home and never told my dad cause he wouldnt have toke me to the race track well i guess thats not that funny butyou get the point i think traxxis is better then hpi too i also have a savage25 and its pritty sweet but dosent go that fast

  • to windexglass -- believe me the savage is way better than the jato,to start with it's stronger and handles the off road surface a lot,lot better, speed isn't everything.power and speed are no good if the jato's on it's roof all the time

  • the jatos on its roof all the time because of poor throttal control and the 2w drive systmem. throttal controll is evry thing.

  • im 15 and all i can afford is the jato. plus i like to roast the tires with the 2wd......and the clutch.......and the engine......:(

  • i really should order the parts for my jato

i crashed it at 55 would of been 65 if my tyres wernt shredded

im just glad the guy had stopped his car

  • Smack that sucker back together and get it rippin!!

  • just ordered the parts (Y)

i found out theres a uk office

  • Nice. Post me a video message of that thing rippin!

  • will do

  • rite a good cr to start with is rustler thats wat i started with the jato will fly off sand dunes and hills me nd ma mate took our cars to tha beach

also im on a Hot bodies lightning GT10 is a great car.

  • which car do you think is better the JATO or NITRO RUSTLER i think the jato is better

  • The jato is way better. The rustler is an entry level RC.

  • dont listen to him get what ever car you want jato isnt that hard to drive and i could own you at driving

  • That's doubtful.

  • You fail at RC.

  • You have no clue what you're talking about.

  • to tbrodeen, you're right their, jato's might go fast in a straight but only when it's not on it's roof.

  • hey thanks heaps for the advice. but wen u say "tune" wat does this mean. is it just adjusting things or what. and does th jato spin out around corners or is the handling good. Also wats bugging me is can this go off big jmps and sand hills and stuff or wil it break

  • The actual carburator needs to be tuned each time you drive the car otehrwise it is too lean or rich and the car will not drive or perform well. It flips over when you turn. It rarely slides out. The car sliding is my RC10GT. Most stadium trucks jump pretty good. Just don't try to kill it.

  • hey im new to the r/c scene and i have neva driven one. al my friends have TRAXXES cars so i thought i might get into it and i wna smoke em so for a beginner do u think i shuld just get the best or work my way up?

  • I would suggest starting off slow. The jato is definitely the fastest there is. It is extremely hard to drive. If you have never ever driven any RC car, I would suggest getting something a little slower and cheaper from traxxas. I say this not just cause of the speed, but because of the difficulty level of keeping the jato running properly. It needs to be tuned each day you drive it. A highspeed crash is inevitable for beginners and the jato has lots of parts. Get a nitro rustler.

  • just get the best there is. just drive it slow and when your better gradually drive it faster

  • if yall want somethin FAST.....get the new RUSTLER VXL.....& an 11.1v lipo battery....holy shit....my rustler eatssssss jatos....its way faster, & reaction time is EXCELLENT. and the best thing is i dont gotta tune it! i jus plug n ride. that batt. lasts a while too.

  • LiPo's are way expensive!! Electric is fun, but we prefer to rock the nitro's. No tuning and little cleanin must be nice though!

  • I heard about this car so mush just went out and brought flat out paid cash 4 it. It was the best investment I brought besides my truck !

  • IT is amazing. I can't believe the performance out of the box. MY only comlaint is how it never holds a tune. It needs to be retuned every time I drive. Not every tank, but every different day, when my RC10GT with an OS motor I haven't touched the needle in years. Only once in a while to lean it out to try and kep up with the jatos. LOL

  • The revo is 4wd monster truck. Heavier truck with a lot more drag due to the 4wd system.. Same motor, less weight, and less loss through drivetrain results in a way faster vehicle..

  • How the Jato is so much faster than the revo?

  • How do you like the Jato so far? Im looking at buying one. ^_^

  • Its ridiculously fast and rugged. It is very difficult sometimes with tuning. It needs to be retuned for just about any weather changes. We only run em on the street or grass, so I really can't say much for jumping, but the car is sick all around
