@BiggerFatterBlog at 438 pounds - I would say that you are wrong. At 438 pounds I was a prisoner in my own body. I've lost some 200 pounds and feel substantially better about life in general. So - perhaps I am not the "most people" you refer to in your comment.
Also - where do you get the stats "1 in 50" are killed by WLS??? That seems a far-fetched statistic = care to link to your source?
