  • What?! I'm on week 3 and started at 15% body fat, following the nutrition guide, & bringing it everyday! I barely have any results!

  • @RichGizzie On the last meal of the day is it really necesary to have it with carbs? Would you loose more body fat? Or would cutting those carbs affect your mood or energy levels during your workouts?

  • @nined5thclick Great questions! That all depends on your workout for the next day or two. Carbs are burnt at a high heart rate. So if you are going to be doing an exercise that brings up your heart rate it would be a good idea to take in those carbs. I was an elite level triathlete for many years and learn a lot about burning carbs and fat. Send me an e-mail at rich.gizzie@gmail,coom and I can go into more detail. not enough space hear.

  • I follow the nutrition guide, workout and eat healthy and i dont see that much of a result after my 37 days but im still bringing it to the max, if anyone has any suggestions please lay them on me!

  • @Akiminos I would write down everything you eat for a week and the calories that go with it. I bet you are forgetting something. There is no way that you will not see results if you follow that plan. What is your body type and what are you trying to do?

  • Well I have a low body fat percentage Im a level 1. Now Im just trying to improve my overall strength, coordination and so on. I have written down everything but I was a few calories short because I don't drink the recovery drink I make my own using some of the portions and thats how I lost some calories. In my second p90x I'm thinking about going for mass using a diffrent version. Hope to see better results from now on. Sorry for the late reply but our internet service provider wasnt providing.

  • @ts9600 dude im 16 and i wieghed 180 the start of p90x and i am 5'8.. when i finished i wiehed 155 and am ripped as shit! i didnt even follow the nutrition guide i just counted calories and ate healthy! its a good choice for anyone bruh my suggestion buy as soon as possible and put in 110% effort everyday and youl be exactly where you wanna be at the end,,,

  • @ts9600 i'd definately try it. i'm getting it right now and i'm only 15. ripped isn't the best thing for swimmers, but if you still want to be, this is your best shot.

  • @Blu0tuth0ninja getting ripped is a thing to do after you are already big muscle wise. I want a nice beach body now :]

  • i used microsoft movie maker 2011. getting the music to work was a pain. have to convert mp4 to mp3 if you have itunes. P90x is 75% diet. i lost all of my weight in the first five weeks that u wanted to lose.20lbs. then i just built muscle

  • I weighed 190lbs and I ended up 172lbs -170lbs depending on what time of day it was. You can't see from the before pic that well that I had a pretty big gut. All I ate was fast food and drank beer but I still worked out about 3 times a week. So I did a 180 on the diet and it was amazing! I used one of the scales for body fat so it probably was not the most accurate thing on the planet. 4 months into it I am not 175lbs and the same % BF.

  • i went from 190lbs to 172lbs. i used on of those scales for the body fat so i.sure it was not the most acurate. it is hard to tell in the before pic but i had a pretty good gut going on.

  • wow impressive results... you lost 10 percent bodyfat and still gained 3lbs of mucscle in the process. Usually its hard to do both at the same time.

  • Check out my nutrition video on my youtube channel. It is far from perfect. I have switched the lean cuisine at lunch to grilled chicken breast and a left over veggie from the night before.

    If anyone has anymore question just friend me on facebook/richgizzie. I will tell you everything I did to get these results. It is very easy as long as you are committed.
