@MsDalsy, look at Motorcycle Diaper Centerpiece by bonnialex on Youtube. This video plus that one will give you complete instructions. I looked at another video but the lady rolled hers with 20 diapers for each wheels it didn't look like a motorcycle though. I'm going to make this soon, I'm going to use 20 diapers for each back wheel and use 40 for the front. I'll adjust it if necessary. I'm buying 96 diaper pack, what I don't use for the tricycle I'll make a small diaper wreath.
