yep, I see he was trying to do like an early sunlight pallete and failed because the water in the background has a sewer water type look to it which draws too much attention to that then the whole pallete design

You could always record it while playing it on Gens Plus. I do, and the sound doesn't desync, either.

Looks like a basic palette change, and one that isn't painful to the eyes. I couldn't tell if there was a music change because it was so quiet.
If you're looking for a better recorder, try fraps.
