If you are referring to the quotes aired by Sanchez on CNN- slavery keeping the streets safe, Earl Ray deserving the Medal of Honor, etc.- there is no evidence Limbaugh made them. Sanchez publicly apologized on his show for reporting them as fact.
Those quotes were posted in wikipedia by a NYC law firm that handles athletic litigation. Limbaugh did make the Crips and Blood statement but according to him, it was an adage describing the fierce completion between teams.
