Does it bother you that the ACORN "sting" video was found to be heavily edited and intentionally misleading? But regardless none of ACORN's voter registration activity has been found to be violative of any laws. Period.
Despite the obvious misleading editing of this Obama video, there is still no incongruity with his two statements. Each in context are valid and congruent.
What he may have told ACORN, doesn't mean what took place during his campaign in any capacity, let alone officially.
The point isn't that ACORN is driving his agenda, its that he said he had no significant connection to them. The shows otherwise. Oh, so you think that because it's edited that means he never said he'd been working with ACORN his entire political career, and that he never told a News station that he really had no connection to them?
Let's be clear that there is nothing wrong with what ACORN does, despite a few low-on-the-totem-pole bad apples. They've done A LOT of very good work in making sure unempowered American's voices are heard.
Now as to your video. No there is no evidence his two statements are contradictory. In the 1st he's speaking of working directly with the organization. In the 2nd video he's speaking of working for the same causes as they are, and their support of his candidacy along the way.
Do they? I feel pretty unempowered with this Slaughter Rule vote coming up. Where's ACORN, they aren't helping me or the other majority of Americans get it through to the politicians that we don't want this healthcare bill and we certainly don't want this Slaughter Rule.
He was speaking about his connection to ACORN, I cut it out, but the reporter asked about McCain calling for an ivestigation into his CONNECTION to ACORN.

Without having any way of verifying that fact, I cannot allow myself to believe that. Some people say he funded the creation of the Swine Flu to push Healthcare reform. I do not believe (at this point in time) Obama wants to "destroy" the US. I believe he wants to radically change the US for what HE thinks will be the better. History tells me that what he wants will destroy the Republic, but not the US. We will simply lose many, if not all, of our freedoms.
If you're saying the government provides funds to political parties. Maybe. That's not Obama, that's federal law. Party candidates can be eligible for federal matching funds. ANY legitimate political party is eligible. There is a small, but legitimate Communist party in America. If they've ever received any money it's likely happened under Republican as well as Democratic administrations.
So what? The American people can vote for who they want.
