  • @shellbears as stated below.

  • @mysenthrope that's the right technique for that exercise. He used the 'okay grip' at the corner of the kettlebell, with his back straight, pushing his hips forward. He could of given more instructions though.

  • Either this video is wrong, or 99% of other legit ones are.

This person should NOT be posting videos of things they've not mastered.

  • Hmm... This is terrible. Vadim Kolganov's workout videos are better :).

  • can i rely on kettlebells to train my full body, or should i mix

  • All you fagets that have nothing good to say, it is about time you get off the couch

  • Nothing is wrong with him. Are you guys opressing competition?

  • Working with kettlebells the way this guy is showing is going to put you in a hospital. Completely uneducated. Check out Pavel, seriously.

  • people not familiar with Kettlebells please don't follow this advice, it's unfounded. You'd be better off searching on here for Steve Maxwell, Steve Cotter or any RKC certified instructor.

  • Agreed, or Mike Mahler

  • what a complete hack you are. you obviously have never received any instruction from an RKC. Go preach what you know not what you would like to know.

  • good video...check my page a please a comment.

  • I'd like to know if it's normal to feel lower back tension when doing swings. I assumed the lower muscles in my back were just getting worked. Because it's not quite pain, just tension, like any other muscle.

  • watch steve cotters video on the proper clean technique.

or you can use this video and hurt your arms.

  • @inikoni LOL so right and so funny

  • ouch!!!! gonna have some bruised shoulders and forearms after this demo. He's trying to clean it too high and with to much of a swing. Tame the swing clean it low!!!!

  • horrible technique

  • Sorry...but that's a good way to get hurt. It was all upper body as opposed to using your hips to drive the kettel bell up. If you feel a strain in your arm/shoulder, you're doing it wrong.

  • Wrongh demo! I am sorry, but I suggest that you look for different demonstration.

  • The demo of technique was lazy, as there was not enough snap in the hips driving the bell up to the clean.

  • I've been working out for 13 years and been personal training for 3-I recently added Kettlebells to my workout just to improve on strength and to try something new, along with the TRX-this is a very good video. thanks

  • thats why hes using his glutes ...dumbass

  • only if you do it wrong. just like anything else.

actually doing squat rack is worse for your back

  • The worst thing you can do for your back is not strengthen it.

  • great series of vids! It's been really helpful!

  • very nice..

  • Good informative nice work
