  • 顧問税理士が、個人事業より法人にした方が税金の恩典があります­よというアドバイスにより法人登記することが元凶でしょうね。

    法的には、法人になっても経営者自身の意識が、法人企業の経営者­でなく個人商店の経営者の意識しかないと他人様を雇用する責任を­も薄弱になるのではないのでしょうか？
