How do you work on your foot to increase your speed?

play fast sequences with fast beats using your right hand and try to make your right foot do everything your right hand does.

There are many ways to make your foot faster.

1) Use heavy duty springs instead factory set ones.

2) Buy 'larger size beaters/

**After that it really depends on if you play heel up or down because you need to work your legs if you play heel up, and your ankle muscles for heel down..
