This was one of my mothers all time favourites, she use to sing it all the time and when it was played i would slow dance with her. She past away on 12th July, i was always there for her in life,theres nothing i wouldn't do for her but she spent the last few hours of her life alone. I will never forget her. I had this played at her funeral, makes me cry all the time. R.I.P Mom. xx

@funkyfox63 Sounds like you gave all you had in life to minding your Mom. When someone dies we naturally think of the summation of their life as the last few hours and not the whole breadthof their lives. Sounds like you gave her everything you had. I mind my own Mom 365 days a year almost as she is a double amputee and I get a week off for myself and I feel life passing me by but I wouldn't swap my life for anyone elses.

@titarse I loved her dearly.we hardly ever rowed although we had a few before she took ill because i didn't understand what was going on in her mind. I would give anything to have her back fit and well. The pain is still there for me,after 4 months i still cry each day. If i beleived in God and heaven i would join her today. I hope you are able to have some form of enjoyment with your mom? Make every day count,Make her feel special. it's too late when they are gone.
