Qualitty deep house. This Millionaire Hippies - I Am The Music Hear Me (Fire Island Dub) both have that trance like quality that used to hyptonise every dance floor I heard them on. Both still stand the test of time
Anthem. - Its funny how some Dj's bought this for this track and others bought it for the flip - Just shows how good this record is. - cos eventually DJs end up LOVING both tracks to the bone. :) - I bought it for this track back in the day, cos it wasnt the main track people played and i thought i was the only one playing it.. LOL. - Nice 1 MrWO0D, you know your beats.
Hehe, I´m one of those guye who bought it because of this track. :) But the flipside is dope too. Great upload. One of my alltime favorite records. Bloody lovely vocals...5*
@cyanure1982 There's not a Michael Jackson sample in this, but it's kind of a tribute to or reflection of "Rock With You" by MJ - "I wanna rock with you. (All Night.)" as opposed to "I'm dying to rock with you, all night long."
It's 6am, it's been a great night, this is the last but one track, at about 4:30 into the record they throw the doors open and sun light streams in, bliss :) then the dj mixes in Lovelea Dae (20:20 vision mix) and you're in heaven.
This music is crap, why dont DJ's learn to play real instruments instead of sampling other peoples work and creating weak drum loops followed by 1st grade keyboard synth patterns. I'll never get those 8 mins back.
Firstly, Producers, not DJ's, DJ's spin records, producers make them.
And secondly, this is one of the least obvious uses of sampling ive heard before, i would never have recognised the sample on that michael jackson track.
very nice
