@4WheelsofLux There is also another technique... Here in Saudi Arabia a lot of cars are covered with the silver or gold finish. The sticker method is begins to loose its shine after many washes of the car so instead they use a permanent method. They first spray a base coat of some chemical (do not remember which), then cover the base coat with hydrochloric acid. The two react to give the chrome finish. However this cannot be removed and the only way to change it is by painting over.
