I don't know...that is one thing that still has me scratching my head in bewilderment! Billy and Kelley together are simply the best they ever had! I mean how many newcomers do you know that can step into a wildly popular role like Casey Hughes, totally make it his own, and go head to head with a vet like KMH and not miss a beat? NOT MANY! So then, why would TIIC mess with such a perfect combination? It MAKES NO SENSE!
