how to filet a bluegill

i dont like that way,tried it..

im 13 and im just starting to filet fish....im pretty good,but i take my time,haha...takes me about 3-5 min. on 1 fish....but i dont waste any meat,thats y i go slow...and so i dont cut my self open like b4...haha
