i dont know why but i dont like the offfence built its full of armor pen. if you start with atack speed boots then a wringles latern its easy to buy and you want a good lifesteal at start + trinity force +phantom or mallet + infinity edge and a clever then you sell wringles and go for a bloodthiester its way better ( my opinion)

@iShiftyNL dont quite understand the text before the question but he is very good 3v3 in my opinion, as he is very hard to catch and his ulti is very nice CC, however he can fall of late game if you play vs carrys or something with spell vamp or lifesteal, like most tanks and off tanks do, but they initiate very well

Nice guide, but I reckon Wukong is best played somewhat between Offensive and Offtank. Ie Merc Treads, Trinity Force, Warmogs, Bloodthirster, Atmas, and then whatever suits the individual game

Woah not a bad guide but even if you are off tank u need a brutilizer early game for some more armor pen+dmg, and if you get dodge runes might as well do 21/9 and get extra speed bonus after dodge.

I dont think pure dps is viable since wukong can be easily shut down during mid/late game teamfights, from ur pure dps you have no hp and you are melee and u need to get into the middle to do an effective ulty. I build trin on wukong and defensive items and he shines

@knutroarrukkegjeitsu Not a real tank, but one that has some tanking abilities (somewhat hard to kill, can take considerable amount of damage), not as tanky as a real tank. But deals more damage than a real tank. Basically, a mix between pure DPS and pure tank, it's called Tanky DPS

I still need to say 1 thing, what you are missing is trinity force!! It is a great item because of the critical damage and movement speed. What i see in you video is that you not always can get them when they run away. Trinity force will help alot.

Don't forgett there are alot of ways to build wukong correctly.

You can go offensive and off tank at the same time. Atma impaler is a good example.

If you build atma impaler and infinity edge, then you will deal sick damage and have armor. After those 2 items i normally take tank items because my damage is high enough, or i go armor pen. Because i don't deal muc

If i can Give you a tip try to use nimbus strike, then your q and then walk away save with your W. If you do this you will deal much damage and be save by your self.

If i was you i would level like this: e,q,w,q,e,r,e,e,e,q,q,q,w,w,w,­w

The damage of nimbus strike is alot bigger in the begin game then your q, later in game your q would be the damage output.

why get improv ignite? you know it jsut gives you 10 ap when its on cd, right? do ya think the 1-3 dmg on your W is gonna be important? and even IF it did the mpen masterie would result in more dmg on the W anyway... and you do know that the 30% armor reduction on your q is only of base armor so the whole anti tank theme you want doesnt include that much. and your ad build wouldnt work against a orginised team at all a melee ad champion MUST have atleast 1 tanky item.

Trinity force is a good option to all normal physical damage champs, excluding of course crit champs like trynd or gangplank (if you choose to build them crit) but I do believe you could build wukong like xin, it really all depends on your play style on how you build wukong. I preferably like more life steal and crit on wukong but it's all you! :) thanks for the time and effort you put into this guide! Mega like :D

I really don't like your ad build. Wukong isn't tanky enough to be a sustained bruiser like xin or renekton. Instead of getting Yomous Ghostblade, get the tri force, which will help your burst damage for mid game (which is the only time he is good). After that, get Banshees Vale and Randuins Omen, then the rest is all play by ear.
