the only war games they should make is the previous WW or vietnam wars etc,,, it has that historical significance to it, that other modern military FPS don't have. But I am getting tired of military shooters in general. We need a WACKY alice in wonderland style of FPS that plays like UNREAL TOURNAMENT. RPG's with Carrot shaped rockets, has a game ending killcam with a sniper shooting his mushroom bullet and the cam follows the bullet all way to the enemies body. Military games are boring now.

Yo, NDirish. If you like WW2 shooters do you have a PC? If so try Red Orchestra: Heroes of Stalingrad. It is also out on 360 and PS3 but not sure how big the player base is there. It is a hyper realistic FPS, has lots of neat features. You should give it a looksee, preferably for PC. By the way, the learning curve is STEEP! so try to stick with it for a while

Civil War-esque games would really only work in the third person, since the only way to prevent it from being boring is to focus on smaller engagements where melee combat happened. My hope is that they would take an alternate history viewpoint so the devs could create whatever battles they wanted.
