I'd recommend grinding your own fresh, Wheat Berries, providing 100 times more nutrients then White Bleached Flour. I also prefer this drink as a sour dough drink, it helps with digestion. Add some flex seed oil and berries and you have one very nice complete meal and energy drink.

@TheHofdingi I'm just kidding back, to bad they are bi-polar trolls, check out their origins. Gone back to teaching in school I guess. I'm suppose to be staged as the crazy one see? Cause they go to the trouble to set up an account on my behalf and then they go back to being the Bi polar schizophrenia's on multiple channels. Its been over a year now, and we Got "Duel Survival", Finally a show I agree with those two guys for a change too, specially Dave. I'm somewhere in the middle of those two, so the shows a real hit. And they don't go into great depression. I'm writing cause someone made a comment hidden from my computer, stating Muir had a cute companion that baked bread or something?? >> Stickeen? Thanks buddy. I tried this. It was about like I expected. Very bland and tasteless. I didn't get a belly ache, but it wasn't enjoyable to eat. I think with a few other staples, like sugar and salt, or even a starter culture of yest, you could have some sourdow bread you could easily bake on a smooth flat stone that has been heated by a fire. Would love to see you do that one. Kind of like flour tortillas. The flour could be premixed. Thanks again for your great ideas.

Whole what flour would be even better. Oats would be good too. If drinking flour isn't your thing, you can make a dough, wrap it around a stick and cook it over a camp fire.
