This was a fun day at ironwood. We were throwing 4k hammers for fun. The sidewalk was around 230'-250'. Lance was the 1st to hit the sidewalk. I fell a little short. But a lot of fun to throw with Coach Deal!

he might be at the age when they lower the weights for every implement....like in discus i think its lkie 50 somthing it goes back down to 1.5
