  • Free education for the people (instead of money for war) means free technology for the people, invented by the people. Not, private interest. leading to the best medical, the best homeland defenses, the best infrastructure in the world. Ohhhhhhhhhh no. Gotta pay to get schooled gotta pay on stuff you already own, gotta pay for war you don't condone, definitely oh noooooooooooooo

  • Stalin called these people "useful idiots".

  • Peter owns all the n00bz

  • I'm getting exhausted just watching this. Can't imagine how Schiff felt.

  • I admire Schiff for caring enough to try to clear things up in the protests. He seems like a genuine guy with common sense.

  • @hcube Absolutely, whats more, he is more often right about the state of things than most! We would do well to listen to what HE has to say.

  • Love the sign xD

  • HYPERINFLATION!!!!!

    ANY SECOND NOW!!!!

  • loki

  • What I've learned over the years is that once a loud-mouthed douche starts calling you an idiot and practically covering their ears and saying "lalalalala I'm not listening!" you've won the argument.

  • soooooooooooooo basically VOTE RON PAUL 2012 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The Bible's answer to "Trickle Down Economics", "He who oppresses the poor to increase his own wealth, or gives to the rich, will end in poverty." This is what has happened to this country. The first sentence of the Constitution tells us why this country was started. "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish JUSTICE, insure TRANQUILITY, provide DEFENSE, promote GENERAL WELFARE, secure LIBERTY, why have we forgotten why we started this country?

  • We dont have to change the system as it is. All we need to do is to reduce our MIlitary spending by even 1 percent we can fund everything, from healthcare to education.

  • @crazyhorsebitchhole That is absolute bullshit. Making ridiculous statements like that does not help anybody. I would tell you to check your facts, but it is obvious that you did no research and randomly pulled a statistic out of your ass.

  • So vote for Ron Paul

  • I don't understand it's 3,000,000 people vs 300,000,000 people ..... why are we losing?

  • people want too much. everyone cant have it all. just live by your means, don't borrow from the bank and work hard. save for a few years then invest at home or abroad. the problem with these people is they get their pay cheque and spend it. after you pay your bills and taxes and food etc. save the rest. you can't expect a pot of gold to drop out of the sky. just be patient

  • Yes socialism is wrong, socialism is the lack of commercial rights , government control of prices instead of the free market, when your right to choose what to buy, or not buy, to choose how much to buy or sell , to choose who to sell to and buy from, and how much money to buy for and sell at. these rights apply to us poor people as well as the rich.

  • And this last woman is the 1%? My ass! Pay more taxes then!

  • That one black guy makes me want to smash my head through plate glass.

STOP PULLING THE RACE CARD. IT'S OLD.

He just talks over him the entire time and then yells him he is dumb when Peter tries to explain more.

That's what America needs, a bunch of brainwashed babies who walk away from confrontation.

  • Lets say you live in an Indian Tribe

Lets also say that there is a wolverine in the hills, eying the tribe angrily.

There is only one guy in the tribe who is strong enuff to fight him.

    Should he get more goods?

Yes, bcuz he helps the tribe survive. It is only logical he get food first so he can survive to keep tribe safe.

Should he take so much that the tribe was actuallyBETTER OFF dealing with the wolverine?

No, bcuz now his renumeration is out of proportion to his contribution.

  • @HedgehogRebellion right except who are you calling the hero. If the tribe left him he'd be fucked, or why does he stay at all. Maybe because we all want to be with each other, and some think their cont is more than others, guess Einstein should have been a hunter.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard Dude..dude...relax. Im only trying to give a rough outline of how we think about the concept of 'deserve'. Im not saying PS deserves that much dough. I think he drastically overinflates his sense of deserving.

Does he deserves more...yeah, sure. Does he desereve THAT much more? Probably not.

He is clever and has good arguments...but then so do I.

    You have good arguments too.

  • @HedgehogRebellion Just to warn you, I just get one here to challenge people views.I use several methods and one is antagonizing.I would be fine if the difference was limited by maybe 25 percent.Like the lowest you can earn is a $1 and the most a $1.25.Of course this is only opinion.I really wish money did not exist.I know the economy would not work, what economy. There would not be one.People still want to hold on to their cultural images instead of saying we are all human.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard OK...well y'kow...if you really dont thonk that anybody is better than anybody else than all I can do is recommend you check out my channel where I PROVE it...noy just my opinion but a solid proof. I think you might find it pretty mindblowing bcuz nobodys beaten my argument in 3 years and I just made a tenured Prof cry uncle.

  • @HedgehogRebellion challenge accepted.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard Uhhh...great. Well...give it all you got, youngblood!

  • @PitBullsBiteHard so what am i looking for when i search your site? challenge accepted.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard i have to say, you just inspired me to do something similar on my page. but i still need to see your argument.

  • @HedgehogRebellion there is no way this guy does, (lets see i make 400 $ a month) 5000 times more work than i do, so why does he deserve 5000 more money than me, let me guess, you will say he earned it. that is my question HOW?

  • @PitBullsBiteHard Well investors and stockholders entrust THEIR money to the CEO who manages the output of the company. If I was an investor the last place I'd hope my money goes is to the workers who do nothing but labor since that is what their skill is worth than the guy who makes sure the business I took a risk to invest in fails.

  • @kmelfina ok, so i'm not sure what you are telling me. I didn't ask how the system works. I am pointing out that this guy says money he has earned when last time i checked money earned doesn't mean money you made off of others giving you money.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard I'm guessing you think CEOs do nothing but sit on their asses off the backs of their employees getting an unjust inordinate salary to where the employee has wages that aren't of 'living standard'.

  • @kmelfina no i think work is work and it should all be paid the same. i also think there should be no fines in law when it comes to an individual, community service only, then we will see if rich people get what the law is for. not to put money in pockets of the govt but make a better quality of living for EVERYONE not just those who can afford it by using the strengths of laborers.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard work in the industry or work over all. A grammy winning actress get the same pay as a doctor?

  • @PitBullsBiteHard He is SMARTER THAN YOU! Thats how.

  • @USAHavana ok, smart guy. you don't know how smart he or i am.

  • Wow these people are dumber than I thought...

  • @MrFreeCookie bandwagonners i guess.

  • I can't say I agree with everything Schiff has to say but good lord these people have no understanding of basic economics.

  • So many impenetrable skulls.

  • money - 0

  • Nothing Is Made Is The USA Why ?

  • Free Education to Free the world.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard Nothing is free.

  • @MrFreeCookie fine pay for education with war bonds and make it free to the citizens.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard well then they wouldnt be war bonds. Besides the general public is sick of war and will not buy war bonds.

  • @MrFreeCookie sigh, ok you want exact wording I got you. Here All the money we spend on war and overseas military should be used for Educating America. There are you happy, wait i'm sure you will ask me how? Hello, when we all make them give it to us is how, not when you keep saying it's impossible.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard wtf are you talking about? firstly, education is already free. Your solution is to pour more money into education which has been tried before and failed miserably.

  • @MrFreeCookie tried by who? ok you dweeb, the people should not have to pay for war to make peace, it has been tried and failed miserably, is failing miserably. So why am i paying for it. i don't care if im poor and don't put much in. what i do put in is a lot for me. Keep your stupid system that lets rich people pay fines that don't mean shit to them but really hurt the lower class's purse. Keep letting people kiss ass through college because that's what money does.

  • @MrFreeCookie keep letting rich people own all the tech we discover for them with their stuff because we the people can not afford a million dollar tool. If education was free to the public, every discovery made would be made for the public, and not controlled and manipulated by private int. OK thats what the fuck i'm talking about. Have a nice day paying taxes on shit you already own (because all other govt fail, lolololol)

  • the first guy was so funny when he said he gave peter money in 'one way, shape or form' lol

  • OMG, these people are so stupid...

  • this is amazing. these people are clueless and peter is just straight up dishing lessons.

  • Jews

  • He's actually getting through to them, you can tell. Some of them are like, "Oh shit, he's right".

  • I agree with Schiff on most things, but I'd give better counterarguments.1) when he says freedom, he means freedom to act without intervention, whilst you could say that if you have no power to act that right is useless. 2)Europeans have a set hour workweek. In their freetime they take care of their families and educate themselves.3) the poor will only pay for their healthcare if it's very serious. Thus, they will accumulate several small health problems that will cost them years in the end

  • we just want a glass pipe, and a hypodermic needle filled with dope, and a freebe

  • there is a need to educate wallstreet movement , the real problem is not capitalism the problem is the FED ,socialicism is unfair because you cant get and save the fruits of your labor .

  • Apple and wall mart made 300 million poor Chinese farmers into middle class folks just like you and me.

  • Hes right. Everyone in this nation has contributed to this mans business.

  • Socialism for the rich capitalism for the poor.

  • "DOWN WITH THE CORPORATIONS!!"

    Posted from my iPhone.

  • @livewire7128 While you were eating lunch at Mcdonalds, right?

  • this is a WIN!

  • So CEO's only way to get lower prices is to lower worker wages? That's exactly what this douchbag says at about 8:00. How about lower CEO salary? If this guy is part of the 1%, then he must have a considerable amount of money, does he try to pay his workers less so he can sell his product for less, all the while keeping his salary that much higher than his workers?

This kind of thinking is for scumbags assfucks that try to justify ripping people off. Of course he likes the system, he abuses it.

  • @Grimtheorist no that wasn't what he was saying, he was saying that corporations want to lower wages to produce low prices, not that it is the only way.

  • @Grimtheorist That's not how it works. Wages are determined by the market, just like any other "good". One single CEO cannot just pay wages under the market price, since he is competing with other employers. An employee "sells" his labor to the highest bidder, so an employer paying lower wages will attract less-talented employees. Otherwise, what stops an employer from paying minimum wage for every worker?

  • @RyuuzakiIsL Wages relative to housing have been dropping since 1972. Outsourcing means that employers dont have to pay a premium for talent anymore, so employers dont have to compete for talent as much as they used to. So unless setting up a sweat-shop in New Delhi factors into your definition of "the market" I think I have to disagree.

  • @Grimtheorist Start a corporation and stop complaining you lazy ass.

  • "I am not a ramp, so that you can do an ollie in front of the camera."

    Lol what a douche.

  • @emmit127 Yeah the guy from the 1% trying to use that guy as a ramp to do an ollie in front of the camera is a pretty big douche.

  • @Grimtheorist

    Yawn, another entitlement baby.

  • Divided and Ruled, exactly as the Illuminati planned.

    We have no hope.

  • wow that's incredible, he like actually educated those people in the middle of the video

  • the black guy with the anon mask presupposed that all those government agencies were necessary, take note, always question why things are necessary and scrutinize the situation thoroughly before making a conclusion, this is a lesson we can all learn. amirite?

  • lol populist apolitical... it's funded by the democrat party isn't it?

  • haha if i phones were made in the states, no one could buy them

  • I'm looking forward to the Occupy Your Mind movement.

  • Peter Schiff conflates capitalism with the free market. they are not one in the same.

  • 18:15 I'm glad I could come down here and clear up these misunderstandings, lmao

  • Unchecked capitalism destroys itself.

  • @weejockpoopongmcplop Prove it!

  • coool

  • I really like how you cut off the guy that supports RON PAUL. F u dude, you got owned and covered it up.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard Dude you get paid to play golf. You don't actually have to even show up anywhere to get paid, so how will golfing stop your next dollar. It wouldn't, and because u get taxed you would fire everyone working for you. We all know bankers get paid to hold OUR money and spend it as you see fit. Where is the proof of the work you do? Give me 2 million and see if i can make more money lending out money for intrest. i'm sure i can.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard I'm not trying to single you out or start a war but Peter Schiff himself is a Ron Paul supporter. Schiff worked on Paul's 2008 campaign. Peter isn't as soft spoken or patient as Dr. Paul but when you look into their philosophies of social and economic liberty they are quite similar.

  • @timongarretson thnx

  • @PitBullsBiteHard your confused, peter schiff is a ron paul supporter

  • @lenglain thnx

  • The biggest reason i hate bankers. I can make money, lots of it off of stupid people. not my fault they are dumb. lol, i guess i'm sorry i shot you but you should have been smart and been wearing a bullet proof vest.

  • How, it's easy it's called banking that is how you got rich off us.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard Free education. FREE FREE FREE. now tell me how an entirely educated society is a bad thing. If you make everything capitol fine but education is a living right. we all have the right to knowledge.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard who will pay, the same people who pay for war. Oh and political advertising, and oh the politicians 500 dollar dinner with a private plane so they can go talk about how they will keep the rest of us dumb.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard It's not really free if someone else pays for it. Now if you mean free, as in freedom, then yes, everyone is free to learn. No one should stop anyone from reading books (public library) or using the internet to receive information to educate themselves. But I think you mean accredited college degrees should be free. Having a college degree doesn't mean someone is educated about the world around them. There's plenty of ignorant people with degrees.

  • @timongarretson exactly my point, and yes i mean free as in i can go to a college and learn without having to get a giant loan, or pay for it directly out of my pocket. My reasoning is that if an educated person is productive then every educated person is an investment in our future. If we can pay for war (based on security) we can definitely pay for a secure future of educated citizens. After that happens the credited piece of paper won't matter much.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard I still don't know if I can jump on board with the idea of free university college (given the choice) but I would most definitely rather have taxes go towards education than waste it on war. That we can definitely agree on all the way. I'll support education over destruction any day.

  • @timongarretson well, it's a start.

  • Occutards are just a bunch of whiny uni students having a bitch because theres no jobs in their liberal arts degrees

  • @Crackshot1983 right, now go pay taxes on shit you already own, while this guy is getting rich off the money you gave him to keep safe, lol.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard So, you're crying about these rich people not giving you money because they're greedy? And you don't see the hypocrisy in that?

  • @TiconderogaX .... riiiggghhhtt?? lol

  • @TiconderogaX i don't want any money, what are you talking about.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard You got owned by TiconderogaX, HAHAHAHAHH!!! You greedy hypocritical piece of shit!!!

  • @savemyplaylist ok bud i live on 389 dollars a month and feed five dogs. But i'm greedy . Where am i asking for anything except equal rights and free education. oh those greedy bastards want to learn for free, terrible.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard You're on the internet, shithead. You're free to learn anything you want, unless you're too much of a dumb ass to use a search engine.

  • @savemyplaylist ok, so i just learned that aliens are attacking, i think i said enough u terd.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard By "free education," I'm assume you're referring to a college degree, so you think that it will magically make everything better, you're are completely misinformed and clearly have no experience. If you can't start your own business or start a career without a degree, getting one will be completely useless. As someone with an engineering degree, I can tell you that it's just a waste of time. I learned everything from the internet anyway.

  • @savemyplaylist ok so you PAID for it and it sucked, but i'm wrong, lol.

  • @savemyplaylist if everyone got real education for free, that paper wouldn't mean shit, which is my point buddy, we would all be equal.

  • @savemyplaylist no i don't want a degree, i want an education that is worth while, and recognized as so, both.

  • @PitBullsBiteHard You're able to sit on a computer with the internet, using a free website, with TONS of leisure time for just "389 dollars a month." What the fuck are you complaining about???

    ----

By the way, what do you want to learn that's got your panties in a bunch?

  • @savemyplaylist if that was the case everyone on here would be educated, including your stupid ass.

  • @TiconderogaX well said lol, well said

  • @TiconderogaX we dont want the rich to give us money we want money to start flowing back into the economy so jobs can be created.get your head out of your ass.no one in the occupy movement is asking for handouts.we just want a system that works for the people and not just for the big companys.

  • @JadedZack I agree with your comment. But, you did make Peter Schiff's point that it should be occupy Washington. Wall Street can't create "a system that works for the people". It's the government that created the system.

  • @JadedZack Lol are you retarded? What the hell do you think is going to happen when you over tax the rich numb nuts??? They're going to either fire people, or move their company to a country that isn't going to ass fuck them. Jobs? Dumb ass.

  • @TiconderogaX so destroying the middle class is a good thing.thats basically what your saying.we should just sit and do nothing and let the rich pay almost no tax while the rest of us get ass fucked like you so eliquently put it.what you dont seem to realize is that once the middle class is gone and everyone is on wellfare the taxes will fall on the rich anyway.move to another country and america will die.

  • @TiconderogaX The elite need to move out of the country. I'm glad their moving to China. Now you and I can start a good company, that cares for it's people, cares for it's country, and cares for the well being of their customers, employees, and fellow man.

  • @smartypants7777 That's some nice hypocrisy there. So, you want to be an "elitest" is your reason for hating them? Genius.

  • nice to have that cleared up, thanks last guy

  • Schiff is a hack and whore. Move along.

  • so i thnk Ron Paul is more of a intelligent guy

  • Good job Peter!

  • Lets fix the economy by taking money out of the economy, taxing it on the way through, paying out many bureaucratic agencies on the way through, then putting it back in the economy. WOOOOO gov solutions.

  • 70% tax rate, jesus christ o.O... You're more a slave to government than a free worker at those kinda rates lol.

  • Go back to the 50's? You'd see that the tax rates on the rich were WAYYY WAYYY higher than they are today.

  • @migraine516

that is true, but just because the tax rate is 35% don't mean people pay it. their are loopholes. your statement would be true if you truly no loopholes.

  • Poes law ?

  • The Federal dept. of Education was created under pres. Carter. The teacher's union was very pleased with this, in general. The dept. is a huge waste of tax payer money, a bureaucratic leviathan. So, yes, it would not be sorely missed, but by those it employs. The EPA does nothing to protect the environment, just as the FDA thwarts the marketplace of drugs, another lumbering giant bureaucracy. The American people pay for these, and get very little in return, but plenty of meddling.

  • @whiff1962 How is it a bureaucratic leviathan and please say something other than "money"?

  • @dglass81 Bureacracies cannot approach the free market in efficiency, and the free market mechanisms would never allow for such waste as is seen in bureaucracies. Read Von Mises'(?) "Bureaucracies", and you will get a good idea of the contrastive nature of free marketism and bureaucratism. And yes, The dept. of Education is a waste in every respect of the word. Many would lose a plush, four day work week, if it were dismantled.

  • Prosperity and wealth are evils. What, then, can the state do to end this? Only the well-fed, albeit covetous simpletonian would utter such nonsense. Most of these young people have the misconception that the Free-Market is a zero sum game, and that only the state can redress the inequities of Free-Market capitalism. In fact, the state has, in many ways, hobbled the self-correcting mechanisms of the market.

  • THEY DON"T HAVE A CAR

  • lol that woman is absolutely f'ing nuts

  • @geiko187 Yes- that woman is a shriecking piece of garbage. Total scum slave!

  • wages are all supply and demand.....why would I be a CEO if i don't make a ton of money? some other company would surely offer me the rediculous sum of money im looking for

  • these people are so lost

"if the market grows too fast, it crashes"

  • oh well at least he tried

  • around 8:00 the black guy with the Anon mask speaks too fast for his brain, he's a loudmouthed ignorant dim wit who thinks he knows everything

  • @Frankenpalin lol. He thinks talking louder and interrupting wins a debate

  • @kahnk009 Sometimes it's good to just listen. He probably hangs out with a bunch of dummies that don't challenge him.

  • @Frankenpalin Yeah that stupid guy that got an education in college and not youtube. LOL

  • @dglass81 Yeah, a lot of good it did him, he doesn't understand a fucking thing Schiff is telling him, probably because he learned that Keynesian horseshit they teach in college instead of Austrian Economics.

  • @Frankenpalin I understood him perfectly.

  • Socialism is every where.

It is scary how most of these people do not realize that they are socialist.

  • He's right. Capitalism created America's wealth.

  • I am so ashamed of all these "Americans" who can't connect the dots. Let the Market decide. It will correct all the perceived disparity. High interest rates will encourage people to save and be responsible with their money. I suppose a 2nd Great Depression is necessary to starve these idiots. Hunger does wonders to attitude.

  • @calexander230

But it can also drive people to do thing they would not normally do.

And it could lead to violence.

  • Makes me think 99% of folks are dummies.

  • @stevieRay3211 I like the fact that people are getting involved and I applaud Peter Schiff for trying but man, the video kinda bummed me out because I think you're probably right.

  • So, it's okay for corporations to make 8 year olds in my country make t-shirts for 16 hours a day just so that people in the US can have cheaper clothes? You Americans claim you want to end dictatorships by dropping bombs on third world countries yet you never fight the real problems, which is the 247 million child slaves working for nike, adidas, etc.

  • @sf49ersrule What i your government and the people doing to stop this in your country?

  • @sf49ersrule

Then it is down to the people of your country to stand up for your liberty.

You cannot blame Americans for that

  • all i can say is srew a liberal.
