Sounds so much better (all cars I mean) than nowadays... thanks to the new (I think it was enforced in 2005 or 2006) noise level regulation. 113 dB at 15 meters from the track. Previously it was 110 dB at 5 meters from the car at 3800 rpm or something, but that probably resulted still more noise in the higher revs.
