@Gavin17259 I don't think it was meant to seem like a daydream. Why would Turk make something like that up? Remember he was talking to Carla and Elliot about what happened before the flashback, so why would we be meant to assume that it was just a fantasy? Our knowledge of Turk wouldn't make us doubt what he said. Likewise, when J.D. fantasies, we know it's a fantasy right from the off. There are no moments where we don’t know what’s real and what isn’t. This is Scrubs, not Mulholland Drive.
