how do u do the accomplishments from the arena eg chipped pen, driven free kick etc i usually access the arena through pressing select when its loadin then choosing practise freekick is this the correct way because it doesnt seem to be recognising me achieving them

Do not do that, just press control pad up outside the box to do free kicks and for penalties you must be inside the box.

To do this, i recommend you do it in an exhibition match for best results, yes you can have friends help ONLY if they are on the same team if not it will not work.

To edit a formation, simply press X button, to move the players around just highlight one... press A button then move the player around to the position you most desire.

Make sure you are playing on semi-pro difficulty or higher and for the assist make sure the player that receives the through ball pass is not touched by no other player not even the GK otherwise it will not count as an assist, SCORE as well.

Get into be a be a pro ranked match and just stand on the goal line, everyone will realise they can be onside anywhere and so will get loads of chances. As soon as they shoot spam b and hope you get a clearance.

@RealMadridCR9FIFA an esay way to do the volleys goal is using this guide to do the formation with only one defender and then put your virtual pro in 5 star team like chelsea, barcelona, real madrid, etc... and then put the offside off and go to the match and then go with cristiano ronaldo for example and tap: X 2 times quickly for a low pass and then press B for shot. I have like 50 volley goals using this!

For a goal clearance is a bit difficult.

Because you HAVE to clear the ball from goal line, you know the line that connects both poles? Yes that line, so what i did is i would make the GK pass the ball onto my VP then i would pass the ball to opposing team, i would send my GK up ahead then run with my VP on the goal line, wait for the computer to shoot the ball and quickly tap b before the ball even goes past the line.

Only the ones that do not require you to be in either Manager Mode or Be a Pro Season.

But 95% of the accomplishments are unlockable through exibition, just have a friend or relative to be on YOUR team, so they can help you unlock them (For ex: you need 5 diving headers, he does the corsses and you do the headers, you need to win blah blah headers in your career, he crosses and you do the headers).
