Does anyone in the NHL headquarters see a pattern with this team? Apparently not. The Ducks represent a team of goons playing a style dictated by their organization. The Ducks/ league office must really love "Slapshot"

for an NHL player to have his gloves/elbows that high during an open-ice check is absolutely ridiculous... but because these are two west coast, CALIFORNIA teams... nothing will be done, toronto has been asleep for 2-3 hours by the time this occurred.

Agreed. Steve Ott got a 3 day suspension for a very similar hit recently. Left the ice for a head shot with the elbow. The Ducks are an f*cking joke.
