The lovely George who never quite fulfilled all his early promise, in later life ended up in Dallas of all places, in the Dream series as Nicholas, he actually played a minor Greek villain who was murdered by Angelica Nero (aka Barbara Carerra) with a hat pin. Cannot find the clip though, it's quite good in anyone can find it.

Saw this last night on BBC 4 reprising Nana Mouskouri's TV Saturday night shows. This one was 1979. She did much to promote the Greek language. Trivia: she was in 1963 Eurovision contest singing for Luxembourg in French and she came eighth.

"Cakir -> Tsakir ->Τσακίρ" which means beautiful

"Ίρις -> iris -> which means eye!

By the way, George Tsakiris was starring as Maria's brother in the "West Side story" and was Acadeny awarded for that, for supporting role in case someone from your audience wonders: who that guy is anyway

Wonderful, Thank you for posting. I only wish the camera had a wider scope. I would have loved to see their feet all the way through. These folk dance videos are priceless, cherish them while you can. It's a dying artform here in the USA.
