In states that allow it you can open carry and conceal carry, to conceal carry you do need a license and or a permit..

A license to carry a firearm? You dont need a license... I can walk into wal-mart with a holstered handgun without a permit or license and it is still completely legal...

Different states have different laws. This happened in PA, where you need a license to carry a firearm if you are to carry concealed.

I'm liberal and i support gun ownership! everyone has the right to protect themselves and their property, here in Colombia we have strict gun laws (and legal guns are very expensive too), and the crime here is rampant, go figure, the criminals have a complete black market of cheap firearms to their disposal, and law-abiding persons has limited acces to defend themselves, that really sucks!!!
