  • AWESOME

  • Bishop Tissier is my favourite bishop!!! He is such a Saint!!

  • what's the status of sspx

  • Catholic

  • @Oblationem not at all.....

  • @ClemensZwei

I challenge you to prove we are not Catholic. You can leave all your trite slogans, catch phrases and empty rhetoric at home, use cold logic and Doctrine. Don’t bite off more than you can chew – if you do I’ll prove to you in the same manner that it is you Novus Ordos that have left the True Faith and are in schism.

  • I was confirmed by this Holy Bishop. I believe he is a saint. I also believe that the Roman Church has become a harlot. I believe that the real Pope chosen on the 1958 conclave was not John XXIII, but Gregory XVII,Cardinal Siri. That is why the entire vatican council 2 is false, null and void. Google thepopeinred.

  • I watched this video (and Bishop Williamson's sermons), and i have to say Bishop Tissier knows more about theology than any novus ordo prelate. He and Richard Williamson are great men and I commend them and the SSPX for fighting for the faith and traditions that make the Holy Catholic church the true church.

  • The priests and bishops of SSPX seem to know more about traditional Catholicism than what the false novus ordo church teaches. I went to a Catholic school and every mass felt like a protestant service laced with heretical liberation theology. Nothing was revereant about it whatsoever and its no wonder their is scandal in the church (the abuse scandals). Bishop Tissier is a great preacher as is Bishop Williamson. Tradition is what I want and I pray God will give the SSPX his blessings.

  • Great sermon! I will be confirmed by Bishop Fellay in august 2009 =) I cannot wait to receive this holy Sacrament. May God bless the SSPX and her work in restoring the holy Roman Catholic Church.

  • Now His Excellence is not just simply a Bishop of the SSPX, as someone still wants him to be,

but is a Bishop of the Church, a Pastor for ALL OF US!!..

I'm not a traditionalist, I was born in 1984, baptised in the Curch after the Vat II, this is the Church I learned to love..

    BUT..

I'm very, very happy now, that our brothers and sisters of the SSPX are walking with us!

..all in all, if it's a heresy ( as "lauberd" wrote) than the Holy Church has been a heresy for 2000 years.. -.-

  • I don't know about that yet?

  • Good and scriptural explanation of confirmation--empowering by the recieving of the gift of the Holy Ghost. Luke 11:13, Acts 8:14-17, Acts 19:2-6, 1 Timothy 4:14

  • Yes, I especially like Acts 19:6 which is also proving that Paul was a true apostle because after he baptized them by imposing of hands they spoke with tongues and prophesied. And in Timothy 4:14 speaks of the imposition of hands by the priesthood.

  • There are two Masses: The Novus Ordo missae (small m), the rite of ecumenism that goes against 2,000 yrs of Catholic doctrine and tradition.

Then there is the Tridentine Mass, the rite of the Catholic Faith.

If you attend the Novus Ordo rite, know it or not you are a traitor to the Catholic Faith and have sided with our enemies

  • This is the authentic, true, traditional, Roman Catholic faith. Nothing more, nothing less.

  • There is much talk here about our duty to love God, but hardly anything about God's love for us. As St. John says, it is not so much that we have loved God, but that God has loved us. This whole sense of having to love God as a duty and not really knowing at all if God loves us messed me up pretty bad. Charity is not a love of God only. Charity is God himself. Deus Caritas Est. True charity is not a preference for God. True charity IS God.

  • @chrisman737

    Wrong. Go sit down.

  • Outstanding commentary by the Bishop...

  • When I look back over my 49 years, I find that one of the very happiest days of my life was the day I found the good priests of the SSPX almost 9 years ago. I pray for them everyday that they remain faithful in these most difficult times.

  • What he says about love is so true! (4:20 to 5:20): true love must be directed to a "good" that is able to lead us to God. "And if we love a wrong good, it is not true love." Well-done!

  • I have flagged this video as inappropriate due to the abundance of hate speech content.

  • I don't know what to say... Maybe you should notify the Holy Father and have him to rescind the Motu Proprio -- tell him, these Traditional Catholics put the love of God first, and are very un-ecumenical, and, they will fight for the faith.
