i am a bio-enginner and when meele doesn't work.... i break out my cannon:P

it sucks with me when trying to walk, but it dishes out a lot of damage.

what does the bioengineer do heal himself and how ?

Not sure if I get what you mean, but the Bio-Engineer is a healer in a team (co-op), not the tank. He heals with regeneration to the whole team and battle-cry activated heals aswell.

Full ablative shield -armor set

You can get it by playing (a lot) and hoping that you get the parts as drops, or try to trade the parts..

I played the game about 350+ hours to get my the top grear for my characters..

It mainly depends on what you're planning to make your armor support. Like it reads in the description, my bio's armor is designed for melee (and 2-handed) only. So if I were to start using a 1-hand stave or sword, the armor would loose it's "magnifficense" sort'of speak.

If you like staves, make your armor give bonuses to it, and if you got room, make it give extra dmg to 1- or 2-handed damage.
