The only problem I can see with the whole "Freedom of speech" thing is that the internet is a multinational community not bound by the laws of any particular nation. YouTube has the legal right to govern what content is posted on their website.
But I do have to agree that some of their censorship is bullshit.

But then again: They didn´t ban my videos because they did not want the Chinese to see them, but because they want no nakedness, not even for the West, not even for people over 18 or 21, and not even in art. The REAL problem are their terms and conditions, that offer less freedom than the constitutions of most western countries.

And that´s exactly where the problem is: YouTube treats illegal stuff the same way it treats provocative images and speech even in artistic contexts: They ban it. And YouTube treats sampling culture ("copyright infringement") the same way too. And they do not offer ANY possibility for legal settlement. That´s what I call CENSORSHIP.

Sorry, nobody wants illegal stuff on YouTube. We are talking about YouTube censoring things that are perfectly legal by constitutional standards - on a large scale.
Youtube is getting into advertising and tv business and wants to be a "clean" network. I think that they are increasingly working against their users to become "mainstream" enough to function as a traditional media channel with nipplegates and fake virginities and all that shit. We gotta tell them to stop.
