Your "rare" NER Cafe is just 48160. That car is fresh out of rehab where the NER stickers have finally started showing up on all the equipment. Up until this year those emblems were only appearing on the 433XX-series all-booth lounge cars and not the 481XX-series combination-cafe cars with biz seating in the rear third. Also within the last two weeks, 48182 has appeared decorated like this (now gaining car-end numbers as well, missing on that car only since 2005).. They all get them now.
