Your settings are too high? I dont know if thats the problem but when i put my settings to high i get the same problem but im not sure thats the same problem for you, Should try it might work :/

Well, I've tried different stuff. But yeah, higher settings makes it worse and makes it easier to notice. But ya still feel it @ lower settings.
