Well done sir! I've always considered Abbott and Costello's bit to be somewhat Shakespearean in its sheer elegance. There's only one flaw that I've seen: Abbott and Costello were laymen, and would be unlikely to use the "Whom" pronoun even in sentences where "Who" would be incorrect. Shakespearean characters do not share this flaw. Obviously you can't have them saying Whom; they'd see the misunderstanding. Instead, I'd say "I hurl the ball to the primary. Who shalt catch it?" "I should say so!"
