@cheno95 I could max out PacMan on my intel X3100, so it probably would. He might need to overclock his cpu/ ram / gpu, but he should be fine.

I'd suggest upgrading to a radeon rage pro 128 to get better settings though. He can get medium settings with the rage pro easy.

@xBLUExJ xD you use a preset on sony vegas called active camera its part of the newblue package i dont just use windows moviemaker xD
