  • its called copyright infringements people. I am surprised they even let it go this far. You tube is great, but the video's uploaded on this site infringe copyright and technically could be shut down from people like Brown and Williamson. there is a law in affect that if passed we could see the demise of You tube and other social sites because of the American laws. Your freedom of speech can be handcuffed do to copy right infringements. I hope they will band together (youtube) and fight

  • They cut out part 10 because it was based on legal transcripts of the deposition of Wigand just like the 60 minutes interview that you can't find anywhere on the web, PROTECTION my friends, of big money and powerful people. Sad huh?

  • PART TEN WORKS PEOPLE. CLICK ON THAT LINK. it will then open a window and tell u it cant play the following vid. exit out of that screen. once u see the main page with the vid, close the advertisement screen the one smack in the middle of the vid. it will then load the movie and u can watch it. just take ur time and look first

  • thanks for the upload AND THE LINK TO PART 10. Amazing film.

  • where the fuck is part 10 man why is it that i can watch it in some other language but nobody put it up in english wtffffffff

  • @Low21Key What other language?

  • i bought this film any way both crow and Pacino are really brilliant

  • @peterpetersbng Perhaps you could upload it?

  • Russel Crowe's magnum performance

  • I opened the link for part 10 and the zshare says the link is not found!!!

  • @samarhigazi Don't know what the problem is; it works on my end. Do you use more than one browser?

  • @scottvska Thanks for your reply. I tried again no use and I only use one browser.

  • @samarhigazi There is. Click the link in the video description.

  • link on part 10 wont do... any other way?

  • @msleydee It's working for me. Try opening it in another browser.

  • @scottvska It's frustrating, what you can do is to look it up on wikipedia which will give a plot resume. I normally have this running concurrently during a film just in case of this nonsense. Ok?

  • omg thank you . the link worked...i watched part 10 you are the man or woman..lol thank you again..:)

  • "Why are folk talking about lousy acting, instead of the message/product? They tried to scare people with the smoking habit, now they have five time the trouble with Drug killings. "

  • @UlsterLoyal72 The link to part 10 should work.

  • and the mining companies try very hard to confuse people into thinking that global warming is fake, when all scientists agree that it is very real and we are contributing to it. that is a real discrase that these companies do that kind of thing even today right under all of our noses, but if u are smart enough then u can see what is really going on, this is something that shouldn't be going on in the 21s century, but like al puchino says "welcome to the real world"

  • I really cannot understand the animosity towards Mrs. Wigand. She is put in a difficult and precarious position between supporting her husband and looking out for her family. Who among us wouldn't be conflicted if put in that position. She has her family's health and education to be concerned about. Enough with the comments saying, "She's a fucking ungrateful, unsupportive bitch, etc." Have some compassion. Not everything is so cut and dried or black and white.

  • @soojb7799 Politically I'm a liberal and I believe strongly in corporate accountability. Just watch the excellent documentary "The Corporation" -- it only scratches the surface in terms of covering the ravages of corporate greed and rapacity. True, you should fight for your ideals, but don't ever forget exactly...at what cost?

  • @soojb7799 I would also like to point out that Wigand himself has qualms about being involved with Bergman. Throughout the film he vacillates about whether or not he has made the right decision. Just listen to the gentleman's speech from 5:15 to 6:13. Just for the record, I am politically a liberal and believe in corporate accountability.

  • @soojb7799 This is true. But I believe that in the grand scheme of things Mr. Wigand is making the right decision in being a whistle blower. Yes, it is a huge risk for his family, but life is a risk. The tobacco companies pushed him into a corner and basically gave him an ultimatum: Be our silent, loyal bitch or stand up for yourself and have some dignity. There is alot to consider though, you're right. It's all a matter of perspective. Very difficult position to be put through for both of them.

  • This ladies and gentlemen, is why the American Dream has collapsed. Bunch of self-serving self adulating, stuck up bitches who think they are entitled to a dream world as half of the American future.

  • Jeffs`wife should be supportive, but shes a real twat. Many women say most men are bastards, but many women arent great either

  • brb.... ima go smoke a stick a cigarette :P

  • wow, she's quit the supportive type isn't she?

  • This is the fate of the whistleblower-endless litigation, broken marriages and no one to turn to.

  • Exactly what I think too. You Instinctively support your husband in times like these, don't you. I mean what the hell is this woman good for?

  • I think it was brave of Russell Crowe and Diane Venora to play somewhat flawed and unlikeable people like this.

  • anyone know what song it is at 8:45 or so?

  • @red9808 Song at 8:45 is Iguazu by Gustavo Santaolallo. I've heard it in Babel (of course) and the first season of 24.

  • that guy who threw the summons in his face is a weasel

  • I wish part 10 was a YouTube clip. I would like to mark it as a favorite. I had that scene as a favorite but it was removed. The title of that particular clip was "The Lawyer Gets Owned." It's a great scene!

  • PART 10 is in description-

    part 10 is in description

    part 10 is in description

  • Wigand has a lot of courage for taking the chance of going to jail because of the Kentucky gag order :/

  • I can't beleive this woman! Are they still together? She's a waste of space!

  • I love that phrase, "Waste of Space"....Love it.....and you're right.

  • Bruce McGill is unbelievable in the deposition scene.

  • @thegoodgeneral yes, he was, I love how he put that one lawyer in his place!!! :)

  • "WIPE THAT SMIRK OFF YOUR FACE!"

  • @scottvska: thanks for letting us know where to find part 10 as it's vital to the whole plot.

And, yes, that wife is really a pain in the neck. I mean, what are husbands for? Just to earn the money and never mind the who and why? Bloody hell....!

  • god, i fucking hate his ungreatful wife ...

  • Great movie, well played. I do not why, but there are scenes that make me almost crying. I feel the pressure and stress that Wigand feels when I watch the movie.

  • feel the same. epic movie.

  • this is really sad. but really brave of him to step it up and tell the truth. Therefore, God bles you Dr. Jeffrey Wigand.

  • Man. What a b*tch. Leaving him...

  • Uploaded to another video sharing site. If I upload it here WMG cuts the audio off.

Look for the link under "more info"

  • WMG cuts off the audio to part 10? Could it be that they're under the suppression pressure too?

  • that is odd
