    落完味即煮 拉油快速lock住d肉汁

    同埋佢本身都落左好多水係d牛肉到想唔好都難啦

    仲有唔係食咩都要滑牛既

    就即係好似芙蓉蛋係食香口既 唔會滑

    滑蛋蝦仁就係食滑口既

    同一種食材唔一定限死一種做法

  • @teps168 its cornstarch in water, those two ingredient don't mixed well when u put them aside even after you whisk it, and its a bit like plaster paste if you're wandering what it feels like

  • Yes! I agree with him that baking soda on beef is horrible! I can't stand going to restaurants and eating baking soda-marinated beef. It turns the meat into this yucky, tasteless, jello-like lump. It's no longer meat but just a bunch of mushy tissue. Such a waste of food to make it like that. Probably to hide the cook's lack of skill in stir-frying beef.

    I can't wait to try out this salt/soy sauce/water method of marinading beef.

  • @befffieh use salt is OK, as long as he put water and oil in it. if people use salt ONLY, then the beef will be dried out!!
