  • lol hes a fast lil active guy when i brought my first emperor home he just laid there for qutie a while and slowly started digging

  • I'm thinking of getting a scorpion but I'm not sure. Are they very aggressive ? Is there particular species that is not aggressive ? And does the sting hurt more than a bee sting ?

  • @sawmassacre13 this is not a beginner species, they can be very aggressive if youre not used to handling them, ari is pretty laid back but him and i have a pretty good trust built up. id start with an emperor, theyre the biggest you can get and also the most docile, generally speaking. some are aggressive but its rare, they usually only get that way if you abuse them. the sting is alot like a bee sting, only more venom. doesnt tickle... for the most part the pinch is the worst.

  • @sawmassacre13 emperor scorpion are good for begginers

  • Can you do a care video?

  • @Reptiledictionary225 you mean as in a "how to look after your scorpion" kinda video? cause ive seen quite a few of those on here, just gotta search for em. unless im mistaken in which case i probably could haha but im not really an expert, just experienced with little stingy critters :P

  • How often do you have to clean the tank and how do you clean it? thanks

  • @squanto9328 dont clean it much, theres not a whole lot to clean, he burys all his own feces and such and theres never usually any bodies left laying around, ill pick up the odd limb or something from a cricket that got left behind but other than that i just move the sand around once a week or so and make sure hes warm and dry enough.

  • you from wisconsin?

  • thats a good idea putting that car in there. does he go under it? :)

  • you probably shouldn't have the water dish in their. a large presence of water like that and high humidity is fatal to desert hairies.

  • @pudgeypigeon its empty most of the time, if for some reason during the week i cant get food for him ill put a little water in it, mostly tho its dry and ill use it as a feeding dish, drop a mealworm in there. lately hes been in the habbit of sitting in there waiting for his meal hahaha. smart little bugger...

  • jaja thats a nice scorpion have you handle it before

  • @00mrfuckyou quite a bit actually, considering these are supposed to be highly aggressive this guys actually really nice to handle.

  • @bigsky89, i know right. same situation as me. my emperor was satan in disguise and my desert hairy was an angel
