  • You can buy any number of DC style pumps to transfer the fuel or you can hook the auxiliary tank directly into your fuel tank

  • I'm thinking of buying the same thing. What kind of pump are you using to transfer the fuel? That's where I'm a little confused.

  • Hi tylerdmax8 the perks of running biodiesel over conventional diesel is that one the biodiesel tends to actually burn a bit cleaner than regular diesel and also if you make it yourself it can cost you from $0.30 to $1.00 per gallon. The tank cost about $500 from Northerntool and Equipment! Plus with the standard 34 gallon tank and the 95 gallon tank you could go about 2322 miles with out refueling at about 18/mpg. I found the truck got 16.7/mpg city and anywhere from 20-25/mpg hwy stock!

  • whats the perk of running bio diesel vs standard highway diesel, also how much does an "L" shaped aux tank tht large cost? thanks
