  • Great video!

  • Hi Frank. I took Lucy out to the beacon today. She got out there on the sit on top. Wasn't confident enough to go on my boat even after my coaching session in the bay :) It was high water so less channels to play in but the girl did good. Gonna cost me few quid todays trip, Lucy want's a kayak now! All your fault of course. Catch ya soon.

  • honestly i really want a kayak, me and my gilfriend went to St Ives last weekend and saw the seals near Godrevy Island, at Navax Point

  • @espressocrime Yer don't have to convince Me! ha ha.I know exactly what you mean, that area is absolutely superb, given good conditions. And being up on the cliffs when the sea is calm is all very good, but being out there is heaven.I was in the exact same position as you, just before I started, looking back the only thing puzzling me is - Why the hell didn't I do it earlier?

  • Great acoustics in the cave which i cant get on my camera.Lovely day, been making the most of it here too but only video when its choppy.I cant afford the batteries for all my trips ha ha.

Great story about getting Matt on board, he`ll never forget you for getting him into such a great sport.Great job Frank.

    keep them coming.

  • @H202 I'm back up in Anglesey at the end of this week with my own vessel this time. Can't wait, it'll be here maiden voyage. I'm having more coaching from James at Adventure Elements.

  • And my spare kit now includes a pack of bacon, just in case :)

  • Almost ready. Done a couple of mods to the 161. Footpegs removed and new footrest bulkead fitted. Thigh brace pads fitted for better control. New paddle on Friday with my days coaching so I'll be ready for more the Seal Police real soon.

  • @onlywhenpissed Any hassle from the seal Police, just tell 'em Frank sent me! and he said it was alright ha ha. Also - Bacon is essential, watch "King Curtis" video on my channel - Bacon is good for me!

  • beautiful as usual, thank you

  • @cathburgerqueen Never mind Me,what about the trip? ha ha. thanks, glad you like it.If Rhoscolyn,on a lovely Spring day, like that doesn't stimulate your senses,I don't know what will.I was gonna do a version of "Here Comes The Sun" by the Beatles as the music. It would have fitted the bill perfectly, this has truly been one of the longest, coldest winters for many years, even more than last year perhaps, and getting back in the kayak, for the first time since September ,was wonderful.

  • What a cracking treat that day was! If you paddle with Frank you're in for a treat. I lost sight of him round the beacon, he'd gone off for a chat with the seals. All lined up they were listening to his chat about the geology of Hollyhead :) Cheers Frank, star paddler. Matt & Lucy.

  • @onlywhenpissed Can't go wrong on a day like that can you? at this time of the year the Sun,is lower in the Sky,and gives oppurtunity for some great Photo/Video,also the Sunset is usually splendid. If our Stephen had come,we would've been on the Beacon until the Sun had set!! Already looking forward to the next trip!! - be ready ha ha.
