It would be ironic if the Seth defeated Guile with the sonic boom since it is Guile's trademark weapon. However, you'd expect Seth to lose using the sonic boom since Guile is the generally perceived master of that move and would see it coming.

@matarel There are options for getting in on guile and shotos. I'm a 4000 pp bison (not boasting, just saying I have some experience with the game). With Dhalsim, Seth, and Zangief, the entire match is played on their terms. You're running away from them the entire match, and when do you do get in close, they have plenty of options to hurt you (Dhalsim is by far the most ridicuous though, since the constant teleporting, anti-air options make getting in an absolute chore/bore rather than fun)

Okay first Seth has crap health and damage its not easy to control match when you have to constantly combo to deal decent damage. Also Zangief has his weaknesses . His damage is huge but he's really slow and his jump is terrible so you have to be patience. Dhalsim is arguable cause i hate fighting against this character but he's just as annoying as guile and any other shoryuken character

But he's got a million tools to work with. We're debating whether or not characters have weaknesses, I'm talking about whether their weaknesses offset their strengths. And in my mind, these three characters are are disproportionately powerful.

@tuber123asd I totally agree on characters like Zangief and Dhalsim being retarded to fight against. Even Seth, since his huge amount of tools can render certain characters near useless. But with Seth, his insanely low HP is really what keeps him from being insanely OP - just look at the ending. One bad projectile and more than 50 % of HP is gone. However, I can't believe you left out how insanely retarded Guile and Bison are. Bison has a godlike set of normal moves and his specials are WAY safe

@Mamjaffar I main Bison, and I can tell you that his bad matchups are terrible.  His psycho crusher is NOT safe, and you'd have to play bison to understand how horrible his headstomp is against better players. Admittedly the scissor kick is something to work with, but it's one of very few effective tools. Bison is definitely mid tier, and relies on the abilities of the player moreso than built in character advantages like so many other top tier characters.
