Well, even the beginning scenes are from very different episodes. The one scene in which she's blinking and indeed looks sick is from the seventh episode of the second season, which is called 'Hunting'. She looks like that after a guy with AIDS has coughed blood in her eyes and mouth and a doctor is explaining to her what to do next. And thanks for the compliment!
