I don't disagree with anything you're saying. I think Psystar is a ripoff and they need to be stopped. I'm just giving you a hard time is all. I just love your passion for Apple but I've seen many of your videos where you hate to be called a fanboy as if it's insult but in my opinion you are the biggest apple fan that I've heard on youtube, it's ok because so am I. As soon as I got my mac running:

- I deleted iMovie, deleted iChat, deleted Photobooth, deleted that annoying "Frontrow". Deleted all the additional crap and finally then...I had the Mac I wanted.

The remote that came with my Mac? Piece of crap.

The programs that come with the Mac are complete crap. Even iTunes (which I use daily) CRASHES CONSTANTLY. GET VLC!

If someone wants to buy a Mac solely because of Photobooth...then they should get an iMac.

they can say whatever they want that does not make it legal the only way it would be illegal is if in order to get os x to put on a another computer you would have to copy the sistem from an apple computer by making a boot disc or someting since u can actually buy just the software apple can no longer tell you what to do with it

is not illegal simply put when you buy a product the only thing that is illegal is making money from it without the ok of the company that made the product that is it as long you buy the software sepradly from a normal retail store there is nothing apple can do to psystar or to the consumer apple can not put any strings on were you use there product since there software and hardware are separated if they were not you could not have a recent version of the software without buying the new hardware

apple experience can be replaced and compensated for quite well, my psystar works just as well as the mac, and also people are going to hack mac and use it on none mac hardware...i do recommend to purchase the 399$ base model because it is a very versatile computer and i like it very much, i must also state that you should buy a mac because they are awesome, but i disagree with your opinion on the mac experience the psystar computer is comparable only to the mac pro but thats it no other compute

no, the iMac, MacBook, and MacBook Pro and MacBook Air have 80211n standard, the mac pro can have it optionally, and the mac mini cant have it at all.

I'd argue that you get about 10% of the Mac experience, if that. OS X is useless without the hardware. BTW, having seen one, the fans are ridiculous - they don't communicate with the OS, so they're permanently on full power (ear ache). That's just one example.

It's just frustrating that people think that they can fastrack into Apple by pretending.

The software / hardware integration of apple computers is truly a thing of beauty. my imac is simply the best computer i've ever had.

interestingly though on psystar's website they have an announcement "We're pleased to announce that we're going to announce something very big, very soon. We ask you to keep a close eye on this page as it will post here first." wonder what they're up to?

You don't get to use any of the iLife suite because it only ships with new macs, its not part of os x. If you want iLife on your failstar your going to have to fork out another 50 notes.
