in almost ny video editing program that is noc called windows movie maker. try doing some research for time remapping in after efects for example

I just got into doing Chinese paper cutting, and it is much harder than it looks. You did an amazing job! I hope one day I can be as skilled as you are at it!

it is harder than it looks. there are still many figures i cannot do and i doubt ever will. however, i have a few suggestions:

1. start out with simple stuff. this is how you get a feel of the knife and the paper.

2. invest in a good knife and a sharp blade. i can sense it even if the blade has been used a little. using good tools is an essential and irreplaceable part of paper cutting!

3. always use a high quality paper, and don't start with a thin sheet.
