  • i own this dune buggy it is just awsome

  • @bajaracer007 I sold mine. They are junk. I had to weld so many broken things one it. My nephews engine mounts broke on his. The metal is crap china metal.

  • whats top speed?

  • was that a rumble seat on the back above the engine?

  • well, i suppose you could try to sit on it, but basically it's a rack and it says do not exceed 25 lbs. With the crappy metal these Chinese buggies are made from I wouldn't try it.

  • lol ya I wouldnt try it either. imagine sitting on there going 25 down a street and you hit a bump and fly off. that would hurt like a bitch

  • Well, i bought it at a local Pep boys about 2 years ago and now they are no longer in business. You can buy them all over the internet, but then you have to pay for shipping.

In all honesty, I wouldn't buy another thing like this that was made in China. I'd put out the extra money and get something that was made in Japan or better yet, America. Unfortunately there aren't too many options like that for buggies. How about a quad or a UTV.

  • @jef46614 OMG HOW MUCH WAS IT THEY ARE SELLING IT AT MY PEP BOYS BUT I DIDNT SDEE PRICEE HELP ME!!!! how much was it

  • $1800

  • @jef46614 i have the same thing but with a 6 inch lift it kept getting stuck so i jacked it up

  • can you please tell me where you bought yours, we are looking all over the internet for one

  • I saw one at pep boys a few days ago

  • With these things you have to constantly fix things. Mine always starts. The engine is the best made thing on the buggy... it's all the little things that go bad. I can't tell you how many welds I've had to fix. uggh! None of the structural welds have gone yet which is a really good thing. What can you expect from something that cost 1/4 the price of a quality japanese or american made vehicle? I call these CHUGGIES (Chinese Buggies) and they are a pain to maintain.

  • @jef46614

Yeah but that 1/4 price issue is kinda the point. If I could, I'd buy one 4x more expensive, but I couldn't, so I bought one of these too LOL. It's been great so far, I only had to adjust the f/r cable. Where did you buy your exhaust/ intake? BTW: The 2008 and newer are a better design, supposedly, and come with the GY6 engine (although it's a clone).

  • i have one and its all screwed up

  • sweat! I bought a Baja 150 atv and it keept breaking and not starting. So i bought a Kawasaki Bayou 250 atv. Is the Go cart reliable? Does it start in cooled weather?

  • Yes, i started in any weather, all the time. It has a uni filter, 130 jet, and exhaust. That helps it breath much better than stock.
