Toby is a brilliant man, and one of my favorite characters of all time; but sometimes, he can be an insufferable prig. There are some people who, even when a man is dead, simply cannot resist feeling anything but spite and hatred for him. Toby's been asked to write a man's, a PRESIDENT'S, eulogy, and all he can do is feel sorry for himself that it was a Republican. I guarantee you, any Democratic speechwriter would have been HONORED to write President Reagan's eulogy.

This just shows the awesomeness of Charlie. He's simultaneously trying to keep Donna from worrying about Toby by saying that he doesn't think Toby is drinking or singing. Yet he's removing the bottle from Toby so Toby can't drink more and slaps down Toby's hand when Toby tries to take another drink. Charlie RULES!
