This clip is years old. It's not from a movie. Think of it like photoshopped but Video style. It's is a piece of art or some basic video editing skill the guy was trying out. And this popped up in his mind and he made it so. Just a little editing played on a continuous loop. It's pretty amazing. You can do this kind of stuff too. Need the right programing, cameras, and knowledge of creative video editing. Hope that answers some questions. I saw this video about 5-6 years ago.
