Thank You Jesus!! This is only the 2nd pastor ive heard teach on Perfection. WE ARE CALLED TO BE BLAMELESS! Perfection is indeed, both possible and desired. Not enough pastors are teaching this principle! They are teaching Excuses. "GOD DOESN'T EXPECT YOU 2 BE PERFECT!" ,they say. I don't desire to be a Biblical GPS for anyone so i will not be directing anyone 2 the many scriptures that states it (considering all the Bible Scholars that commented). Rev. Herman Murray Jr. is truly one of my favorite preachers. He preaches the unadulterated Word of God in an explosive and passionate way. Truly one of my favorites - to God be the glory.

Fisrt of all Jesus not only came to be an example but He also came to be a sacrafice and through His shed blood all who believe in Him and His death burial and resurrection for the redemption of man would be saved.
When the Bible says for God has not called us to uncleanliness but unto Holiness 1Th4:7 People have twisted scripture to make people believe that this means you are hellbound if you go to a baptist, methodist, or C.O.G.I.C. that you have to go to a "holiness" church. That is an all out lie! That scripture is talking about the lifestyle, walk, and behavior of a believer. Christ wants us to live Holy because to be Holy means to live a sanctified and seperate lifestyle.
Next, living a morally good life alone is not what saves us. There are people who do not even profess a faith in Christ who refrain from unclean lifestyles, not because they are saved but because they are morally good people. Morally good people will go to hell. The ONLY thing that saves and justifies us is the blood of Jesus. Romans5:9, Ephesians1:7.....
Next....Matt5:48, people have been misinterpreting that scripture to no end. That scripture has nothing to do with what people have tried to say it means. The scripture is talking about being perfect in love; not meaning to be faultless. I can back it up with scripture too. If you start reading at about vs 43 you will see that He is talking about loving those that hate you, blessing those that curse you.
Read the entire chapter or at least start at v 25. he talks about adulterers etc. Your love and life better be HOLY on that great day of JUDGEMENT if you wanna see JESUS in peace!

The Word says HE is able to PRESENT YOU FAULTELESS, it didn't say you were able to present yourself faultless. Sins are not just actions, you can think something and be in sin. You have to understand in those scriptures what the word perfect meant. Noah was a drunk and danced himself naked, surely you don't believe that is perfection as you are trying to make it say.

1Jhn1:8 If we say we have no sin, we decieve ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Everyday that we live we are going to say, think, or do something that is not pleasing to God. Yes of course Paul battled w/his flesh. But as i said if you understood SALVATION then you would realize that your flesh CANNOT be SAVED, only the soul is SAVED. Therefore, we have to deal w/the flesh as long as we live. The bible never said Paul sinned! The bible does say, "there's no good thing in your flesh!" This is why we must FAST bringing the flesh under subjection to the spirit, the flesh has to be tamed since the flesh cannot be SAVED!

Peter cut a man's ear off in front of JESUS, Peter cursed, JESUS was denied by His disciples, they watched Him hang. I speak english, not Hebrew. And the King James Version 1611 is the correct word for word translations of the Hebrew and Greek versions of the Old and New Testaments! God meant exactly what He said! I used to be a fan of this preacher but he is very hypocritical. He preaches as if he is perfect. If you listen to almost every sermon, he tries to give the impression that he is perfect and no one is perfect but God.

DO NOT CALL ANOTHER MAN FATHER(as in worship)!" "They forbid to marry and command to abstain from meats GOD created and sanctified!" -1Tim4:3 Catholics bow before statues, they call the pope holy father, and they don't allow priests to marry. But GOD says the "priests & bishop should have one wife!"
God never said "priests and bishops should have a wife" and even if he would they're married with the Catholic church, we don't worship saints, we respect them and ask them to pray for us, because they are nearer to God than us and we don't worship the Pope, we call him father because he represents God on earth.

Let's supose the whole creation is a big room and God is at the center (Father, Son and Holy Spirit)so, saints are next to God (they are in the Glory, in Communion with God) and we, humans are a bit further, so God is with us but we get further to God every time we sin so we need saints to contact God because they are near to him and near to us, they help us to get to the mediator (Jesus)

I have seen a lot of women in skirts, no make up, no ear-rings, etc, who called themselves living holy but was as hateful and unloving as possible. Holiness starts on the inside.
The apparel doesn't make you SAVED but when you get SAVED you'll dress right! SANCTIFICATION is inward & ououtward! Of course, everyone that's in church IS NOT SAVED! Thats why JESUS called them hypocrites, "a form of godliness" says the Bible! This applies to evey church in the world! Again I say no one's focus should be on another person but JESUS CHRIST!
I don't worry about other folk when I'm at church. We should measure ourselves according to the life of JESUS & no one else. The Bible says, "He left us an example that we should follow in HIS steps who did NO sin!!!"

I just know two girls who were denied entrance b/c they had on pants and I when I was at SMU my group sang at SMU's gospel fest and the people there from FGHT just sat there and mean-mugged us caus our girls wore pants. I also know a lot of people there who act extra-holy and look down on people who aren't as saved as they are.
This is why the bible says "follow after JESUS" and no one else. Saved or not some folk are simply mean & self righteous, no matter what church you attend everyone will not be saved. Probably all churches have some hipocrites! My focus isn't on no man but JESUS! No man should allow another person run him away from truth!
I've read several of your comments. I believe you are sincere, but please be careful not to allow satan to fill your heart with bitterness against that ministry. When the Bible says for God has not called us to uncleanliness but unto Holiness 1Th4:7 People have twisted scripture to make people believe that this means you are hellbound if you go to a baptist, methodist, or C.O.G.I.C. that you have to go to a "holiness" church. That is an all out lie! That scripture is talking about the lifestyle, walk, and behavior of a believer. Next....Matt5:48, people have been misinterpreting that scripture to no end. That scripture has nothing to do with what people have tried to say it means. The scripture is talking about being perfect in love; not meaning to be faultless. I can back it up with scripture too. If you start reading at about vs 43 you will see that He is talking about loving those that hate you, blessing those that curse you.

The Word says HE is able to PRESENT YOU FAULTELESS, it didn't say you were able to present yourself faultless. Sins are not just actions, you can think something and be in sin. You have to understand in those scriptures what the word perfect meant. Noah was a drunk and danced himself naked, surely you don't believe that is perfection as you are trying to make it say.

1Jhn1:8 If we say we have no sin, we decieve ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Everyday that we live we are going to say, think, or do something that is not pleasing to God. Yes of course Paul battled w/his flesh. But as i said if you understood SALVATION then you would realize that your flesh CANNOT be SAVED, only the soul is SAVED. Therefore, we have to deal w/the flesh as long as we live. The bible never said Paul sinned! The bible does say, "there's no good thing in your flesh!" This is why we must FAST bringing the flesh under subjection to the spirit, the flesh has to be tamed since the flesh cannot be SAVED!

I speak english, not Hebrew. And the King James Version 1611 is the correct word for word translations of the Hebrew and Greek versions of the Old and New Testaments! God meant exactly what He said! Let's supose the whole creation is a big room and God is at the center (Father, Son and Holy Spirit)so, saints are next to God (they are in the Glory, in Communion with God) and we, humans are a bit further, so God is with us but we get further to God every time we sin so we need saints to contact God because they are near to him and near to us, they help us to get to the mediator (Jesus)

They exalt the emotional appeals of "preachers" more so than God. Even when the preachers arent necessarily Biblical, they don't know. They have been brainwashed.

Bible says, GOD is no respecter of persons" neither are we! We do support our own and support truth, "JESUS was a minister of the truth of GOD" says the BIBLE. FGHT is a church that minister the truth of GODs Word. This is why we support our preachers and church like we do, however, we don't thk we are betta than no one.

I just know two girls who were denied entrance b/c they had on pants and I when I was at SMU my group sang at SMU's gospel fest and the people there from FGHT just sat there and mean-mugged us caus our girls wore pants. I also know a lot of people there who act extra-holy and look down on people who aren't as saved as they are.

This is why the bible says "follow after JESUS" and no one else. Saved or not some folk are simply mean & self righteous, no matter what church you attend everyone will not be saved. Probably all churches have some hipocrites! My focus isn't on no man but JESUS! No man should allow another person run him away from truth!

I've read several of your comments. I believe you are sincere, but please be careful not to allow satan to fill your heart with bitterness against that ministry. The word is strong and needed for this day of lawlessness. Let's not spend time bickering, but rather lifting each other, that way we can all be victorious
