Wow, I'm glad I came across your video. I had the worst day of my life (it was at least in the top 3). Have been unemployed for over a year & half w/ no health insurance. Moved to across the country to look for work this week, while getting the worst tooth pain this weekend, had no way to get care this weekend, went to the 1st dentist who could get me in, had a root canal & crown & most likely one more this week & had to pay in full $3500. Thanks 4 the encouragement. I'm trying keep hope alive.

i think you are very sweet. and i respect you a lot! but what about JUST enjoing your life,stop thinking about everything so much. enjoy what you have. there are people in this world that can't excercise because they are missing one leg, people that can't eat because they don't have anything to eat, people that couldn't even think about shopping. sometimes you get to a point in your life where you have everything and even more than what you need and that is when you start making probles up.

And the result of my unbalanced life has been horrible because now I am facing a very difficult situation...But I don't think it is too late for me to start finding balance in my life and I will start doing it.

I'd rather my kids be my #2's and my hubby be #3 or something because hubby isn't very nice to me and I may have to leave him someday but hopefully I wont leave my children though, they are my responsiblity know what I mean :) I would hope that I can always chose my kids first. They need that stability. But I guess life works out however it works out :)

Hi again Tiffany. Just wanted you to know that I tried out the 'balance' concept today with food, my phone, facebook and a few other things. Instead of focusing on one thing for too long, I alternated between each thing. I felt less stressed and better about myself over all! I am going to keep this up, because I think this could really change my life for the better! Balance really does help. Thank you SO much!!!
